NOT A PUZZLE is a defiant neurodivergent anthem about rejecting the idea that autistic and ADHD minds are problems to be fixed, decoded or made more convenient for everyone else.

It is about masking, exhaustion, forced conformity and the pressure to squeeze yourself into a world that was never designed with you in mind.

But the song is not asking for pity. It is about self-acceptance, pride and making space for people to exist exactly as they are, with every stim, spark, intensity, difference and strength intact.

NOT A PUZZLE is for anyone who has spent too long shrinking themselves to make other people comfortable.
